The "Quindici Alberi" Manor House is located in the rolling hills of Serra de 'Conti, in the province of Ancona. Panoramic views of vineyards and olive groves up to the sea and up to the highest mountains in the Marche. The area offers everything for idleness, nature lovers and amateur athletes. The best wines of the brands are growing just outside the front door. Very quiet, no aircraft noise and no major roads nearby. The romantic walled city of Serra de 'Conti with all the shops nearby (10 minutes by foot).

'LEGNAIA' APARTMENT (with kitchen)

The 'Legnaia' apartment (42sqm) is located on the ground floor in the old woodshed. It is renovated, original, rustic and fully wheelchair accessible. Bedroom with a double bed and storage shelves with drawers. An additional bed is available upon request. The extended living room with built-in kitchen has a sofa bed (for one person), TV and a table for four people. The kitchen is furnished to a good standard: large fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and pans. The bathroom with toilet and shower is suitable for disabled people (CH standard: 1.8 x 1.8m). The dressing room with sink is equipped with a mirror and is convenient for putting on make-up.

"LA CHIOCCIA" HOLIDAY HOUSE

'La Chioccia' - So beautiful, holidays can be booked! The Marche and the Verdicchio region are so beautiful!

Two bedrooms, large living room, modern kitchen, nice and comfortable bathroom and its own covered terrace with a splendid view of the hills of the Marche towards sunrise and the sea - a jewel!

The "La Chicoccia" holiday cottage offers a high standard of expansion. Plenty of space (85m2) for a quiet holiday with your partner, family or friends. The basic equipment is for four people. In the living room there is an additional sofa bed, an additional bed is available on request.

There is no lack of comfort: in the living room table for six people, TV and radio, sofa, chairs and coffee table. In the kitchen there is a large fridge, induction cooker, oven, coffee machine (Lavazza), kettle, crockery, cutlery and pans, table and bar chairs. In the bathroom, ceiling shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, two mirrors, wardrobe and drying rack. In the bedrooms double bed or two single beds, storage shelves with small houses, desk. In the hallway there is a cloakroom and a cleaning closet.

All windows and French windows are equipped with mosquito nets and there are fans. The entire garden of the "quindici alberi" with swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas are available for 'doing nothing'. In winter, light a romantic fire in the fireplace and with underfloor heating everything is cozy.

• By TRAIN: Trenitalia, Bologna - Ancona - Lecce line, end of Senigallia station. From Senigallia there is a bus to Serra de 'Conti. The Serra de 'Conti, Cimitero bus stop is 100 meters from the house. We are also available upon request to use our car for transportation from Senigallia station at a good price.
